This is our first holiday season at The Red Dove and we are excited to eat, drink and be merry on Castle Street!
Although, we will be closed December 23rd-25th to celebrate the holidays with our families we will be open on New Years Eve! We are offering a three course dinner to celebrate the coming of 2008!
The cost is $50/person and includes a complimentary glass of cava. We have included the menu below. We are taking reservations and there will be two seatings for dinner.....either six or nine o'clock. As you know, The Red Dove is tiny so make your reservations quickly to make sure you snag a table. Our bar will be open until 1 AM.

Braised Rabbit stew in Moroccan Spices served over cumin polenta with crispy garbanzos
Salmon in a leek-tarragon sauce with French lentils & sautéed spinach
Braised short ribs with potato gratin and asparagus
Vegetable Green Curry served over coconut rice

Earl Grey Crème Brulee
Chocolate Mousse
Bread pudding
Fruit Salad Marinated in Ginger & Honey

Lastly, The Red Dove will take a short winter vacation in January from the 1st-14th. We will be back on the 15th ready to feed you and hear all about your holidays!
