DESCRIPTION:Happy Holidays to all of our friends!\n\nThis is our first holiday season at The Red Dove and we are excited to eat\, drink and be merry on Castle Street!\n\nAlthough\, we will be closed December 23rd-25th to celebrate the holidays with our families we will be open on New Years Eve!  We are offering a three course dinner to celebrate the coming of 2008! \n\nThe cost is $50/person and includes a complimentary glass of cava.  We have included the menu below.  We are taking reservations and there will be two seatings for dinner.....either six or nine o'clock.  As you know\, The Red Dove is tiny so make your reservations quickly to make sure you snag a table.  Our bar will be open until 1 AM.\n\nNew Years Eve Menu- choose one from each course\n\nAppetizers\n\nGinger Carrot Soup\nMixed Greens with Manchego\, Pear & Prosciutto\nBeet Salad\nCrab Cake with Asian Slaw\n\nEntrees\n\nBraised Rabbit stew in Moroccan Spices served over cumin polenta with crispy garbanzos\nSalmon in a leek-tarragon sauce with French lentils & saut ed spinach\nBraised short ribs with potato gratin and asparagus\nVegetable Green Curry served over coconut rice\n\nDesserts\nEarl Grey Cr me Brulee\nChocolate Mousse\nBread pudding\nFruit Salad Marinated in Ginger & Honey\n\nCall 315.781.2020 for reservations! The Red Dove also has gift certificates!  Keep that in mind while doing your holiday shopping....... Lastly\, The Red Dove will take a short winter vacation in January from the 1st-14th.
