Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private, not-for-profit agency serving individuals and their loved ones in the Finger Lakes region whose lives are affected by substance use and other health-related disorders. We have services located in Rochester, Clifton Springs, Farmington, Canandaigua, Newark, Geneva, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, and more.
FLACRA provides substance use and mental health care and counseling services. *Now offering recovery centers and housing assistance, a youth clubhouse, and support services for families and children.*
