Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The hours for this job are 9am - 3pm Monday through Friday with room for growth into a full time position over time.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking client sales orders in person and over the phone.
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
- Ordering materials with our suppliers.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems, printers, and copiers efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Light office/showroom cleaning
- Understand our products and services and relay that information to our clients.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient with QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn in our dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge in vinyl, print, graphic design not needed but a bonus.
