Construction Project Manager

Overview
SERVPRO of Victor/Canandaigua is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our reconstruction division. The Construction Project Manager will oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion. You will manage client expectations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure quality control, maintain budgets and schedules, and uphold SERVPRO standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects following fire, water, or storm damage. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a well-established and growing restoration company. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reconstruction projects from contract to completion 
  • Coordinate subcontractors, material orders, and work schedules
  • Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
  • Maintain job documentation, budgets, and change orders
  • Close out jobs on time and within budget
