A Taste of Spain
The Newark Rotary Club will again sponsor a “Winter Wine & Food Affair” at Vintage Gardens Bed & Breakfast, Friday, January 25, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This year’s theme is A Taste of Spain.
Vintage Gardens is located just two blocks from Newark's Central Park at 310 High Street. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it is the home of the founding of the World Famous Jackson & Perkins Company, rose growers. Visitors can view displays of the products offered by both companies, as well as Vintage Garden brand products.
Tickets are only $20, and available (age 21 and over) in Newark at Community Bank N.A., at Wegmans Plaza, Doebler Realty on South Main St., Ruffalo Appliances in downtown Newark, and at Vintage Gardens. For more information call (315) 331.6045.
