Join us for this unique wine tasting event when we break out some of our library wines for vertical tastings!

Billsboro owner and winemaker Vinny Aliperti will host small groups on Sunday afternoons. He will discuss the climate in various year, vineyard sourcing and terroir, the stages of the winemaking process, and the aging process of a wine.

Each month, we focus on one white and one red varietal. Local bread, meat and cheese samples will be paired with the tastings.
