Vertical Tastings
Join us for the next unique wine tasting event when we break out some of our library wines for more vertical tastings!
Billsboro owner and winemaker Vinny Aliperti will host a small group and discuss the climate of each year, vineyard sourcing and terroir, the stages of the winemaking process, and the aging process of the selected varietals.
Local bread, meat and cheese samples will be paired with the tastings.
