For Valentine's Day, Chef Snyder has created a tasty sharing menu for two. The menu inclues a "Velvet Blush Piquante" (seafood bisque, Creole-style, with crab croquette), "Winter Hearts Salad" (hearts of romaine, butter lettuce, and palm with herb vinaigrette), "Champagne and Chocolate Surf-n-Turf" (strip steak of beef with cabernet-chocolate jus, and scallops and bass with champagne nage), and finishing with "Strawberries and Chocolate" (strawberries, Mexican wedding cookie, brownie-bite, hot fudge). The cost per coupld is $69.50. We will be serving the tasting menu along with our regular a la carte menu. Make your reservations early for an unforgettable evening.
