Transition Planning from High School to the World of Adult Services

We are excited to have Karen Bowlby, Transition Specialist from Monroe #1 BOCES and a representative from VESID come talk about what you, as a parent or caregiver of a child with developmental disabilities, need to know about planning for life aftergraduation. We also encourage professionals-school personnel and service providers' to come to learn what they can do to support the families they work with. Please RSVP to Sue Walker by Friday, Sept. 19.
