Music, Meditation and Munchies
Felix Mendelssohn wove the German chorale "Vater Unser" into his Sonata No. 6 for Organ, which includes an exciting set of variations on this lovely tune. In addition, the much-loved Malotte setting of this prayer will be sung by soprano Wendra Trowbridge.
Spoken meditation or poetry will complement the music and dessert will be served following the program. All are welcome and invited to bring a bag lunch.
