Music, Meditation and Munchies
Written in 1978, The King of Instruments is "a parade of music and verse for organ and narrator," presenting an affectionate parody of the world of the pipe organ and its organist. Different movements demonstrate different aspects of the organ thereby making this a work that will delight listeners young and old.
Spoken meditation or poetry will complement the music and dessert will be served following the program. All are welcome and invited to bring a bag lunch.
