The Burning of The Canes

The day will include food and wine, bonfires and live music. FREE Admission! Bring chairs and blankets, please no coolers.

Each year after harvest, grape vines are pruned to ensure a good crop of grapes the following season. Drawn from the old tradition in winemaking regions of France, The Burning of the Canes will celebrate the previous year's work and prepare for the upcoming season by hosting an outdoor feast and burning the cuttings (canes). Live music by the Key Dreamers. Join us for food, wine, fire and fun! Free admission!

Food, wine, and tastings extra. Traditional fare with a Fox Run twist includes our 'On a Roll' Cafe special with house-made sausage and custom fixings, Pan Fried Potatoes, Roasted Apples & Onions, Potato Chowder, Mulled Wine & Hot Chocolate, and Chocolate Chip Cookie S'mores.
