The Dinner with the Arts is a five course meal complete with entertainment by the students and faculty of St Peter's Community Arts Academy. The evening begins with a wine reception and silent auction at 5 p.m. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. This years dinner is an around the world dining experience brought to you by Beef and Brew of Geneva.
France – Wild mushroom brie and cream sherry soup
Italy – Caprese salad
England – Mini Beef & stilton pie tartlets (Vegetarian option – mushroom pie)
U.S.A. – Texas style smoked brisket with Louisiana style corn bread and Wisconsin cheddered Idaho potatoes topped with New York caramelized apples.
(Vegetarian option – vegetable Kabobs)
Belgium – Dark Chocolate moelleux with caramel sauce.
