SHRINERS PARADE
Saturday, September 27th at 9AM
As part of the New York-Ontario Shrine Association convention, there will be a parade with members composed of eleven Shrine Centers from throughout New York State and the Providence of Ontario, Canada.
The Shriners will parade out of the municipal parking lot onto Exchange Street; turn left onto Castle Street, left onto Main Street, left onto Seneca Street, left again onto Linden Street, then right, back into the parking lot.
The parade will step off at 9am and be completed by 10am. Following the parade, the motorized vehicles will be on display for all the public to see up close.
Each Shrine Center will be represented in some way, either with marchers, motorized units, clowns or a band. The public is especially attracted to the mini-cars that perform precision maneuvers requiring close timing in their execution.
