Riesling Revealed
Grab a glass and explore the amazing diversity of Riesling styles at Billsboro Winery's Introduction to the World of Riesling.
We will lead you through blind tastings of Riesling in a variety of styles from North America and Europe. Noel will discuss ideal food pairing with various styles of this varietal as well as the increasing popularity of Riesling both locally and worldwide
The class will be conducted by Noel Uzemack, CSW, who is certified as a wine specialist by both the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust, London, England, and the Society of Wine Educators.
