Ontario ARC’s Aging Service Program will host an Open House featuring guest speaker Betty Perkins-Carpenter.

10-11a.m. Ms. Perkins-Carpenter will lead members of the audience and participants of the Aging Service Program in exercises, specially designed for senior citizens.
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Guests may enjoy an Open House of the “Sit-A-Spell” program. Refreshments and dessert will be served. Guests can interact with members of the “Sit-A-Spell” program and learn more about Ontario ARC’s Aging Service Program, which is designed for senior citizens with developmental disabilities.
Betty Perkins-Carpenter is the president of Senior Fitness Productions, Inc. She is the author of two best selling books, “How to Prevent Falls” and “The Fun of Fitness.” In 1985 she was appointed as a consultant to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
