The OCWRC Annual Communication Breakdast offers an opportunity to meet all of the local candidates in one convenient place. Guest Speaker this year will be City of Corning Mayor Tom Reed, who has recently announced his campaign as the 2010 Republican candidate for the 29th Congressional District, a seat currently held by Rep. Eric Massa. Mr. Reed believes in the power and judgement of the private individual and will speak on health care, stimulis, tax cuts and jobs, and American freedom.
