At MadderLake Cafe, supporting our local farmers and producers has always been at the forefront of our thinking. This year, we are presenting our first annual "Locals" Dinner. We'd like to introduce you to a few of the farmers, wineries and growers that have been a key to our success. These are the men and women behind the burgeoning food and wine scene in the Finger Lakes and the ones that play a large part in its development. Scott will be using produce and ingredients from our represented producers and you'll be able to dine with them, ask them questions, and get to know them.
