Leadership Seminar
Join us for this unique professional development opportunity!
Stan Proffitt, executive coach and leadership teacher will conduct this lively, interactive half-day Leadership Seminar to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Geneva!
Topics covered include:
- Role and functions of a leader
- Systems thinking and leadership
- Skills for coaching and mentoring others
- Managing accountability
- Discussion of live leadership challenges and coaching demonstration
Participants will walk away with:
- Clearly defined purposes of leadership
- A framework for thinking broadly about leadership challenges
- Strategies for managing relationship challenges
- Accountability strategies
- Strategies that can be applied at work or at home
Stan Proffitt is an executive coach and leadership teacher whose diverse academic and professional background has enabled him to connect with and inspire a wide range of top-level leaders. Stan’s background includes an undergraduate degree in physical education, ten years in the Behavioral Health field in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and 15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
