Small businesses are challenged with the high cost of office parties during a very busy time of year often reserved for family and friends. Knapp Winery is offering an opportunity for small businesses or departments, an opportunity to share the good will of the holiday season with co-workers for an enjoyable and affordable office party experience at Knapp Vineyard Restaurant. Our Knapp Restaurant is reserving Thursday December 10 and Friday December 11 for small groups such as yours for your holiday lunch any time between 11am and 5pm. Reserve your table and each member of your party may choose from the pre fixe menu below for the price of $18.95 per person. Treat yourselves to a wonderful Finger Lakes wine country experience with great food and award winning wines. 3 Course Holiday Party Salad ( Soup de jour or the following salad) Mescalin greens, crunched walnuts, shaved onion, cranberries and gorgonzola with sliced cucumber topped with balsamic vinigerette. Entrée Choices (Select from one of the following) Grilled Filet Petit filet of beef grilled in a pool of mushroom merlot demi glace and served with Boursin whipped mashed potatoes and fresh suated vegetables in a chardonnay beurre blanc sauce. Limoncello Salmon Atlantic salmon filet grilled and served in a pool of Limoncello beurre blanc sauce with rice pilaf and fresh sautéed vegetables Chicken Francaise French battered chicken breast pan seared and baked. Served over fettuccine pasta with sauted artichoke hers, capers, roasted red peppers, spinach and a chardonnay garlic beurre blanc sauce.
