One of the largest garlic festivals in New York, it's an event not to be missed! Fox Run Vineyards 15th Annual Garlic Festival is a free admission, two day event right on the winery’s estate, being held on the dates of August 4th and 5th. There’s so much to look forward to! During the two days of the festival, which runs from 11 to 5 each day, explore what living Finger Lakes style is all about. Stock up on a variety of fresh garlic bulbs, food products infused with glorious garlic, as well as a number of other local and regional specialties. Ranging from hot sauce to marinades, jams and fresh herbs, as well as fresh produce and flowers; the question is, what CAN"T you find there? At the Garlic Festival at Fox Run there’s something for everyone. On top of all those glorious garlicky food products, there’s also glass blowing demonstrations by the Corning Museum of Glass which has kids of all ages mesmerized. Live music will play on the performance stage during both days of the festival. There will be cooking demonstrations both days. Executive Chef for Fox Run, Frank Caravita prepares garlicky goods in the Food Tent which can be paired with a variety of estate-grown wines; some of which will be new arrivals and releases for the summer!
