Fearbuster Self Defense Course
Are you tired of feeling like you aren’t safe in the world? Are you looking for tools and skills that will help you feel safe and free…and even joyful in your everyday life? Are you worried about the holidays and want some tips for making them stress-free? Do you want a place where you can work hard and play hard with friends who are reaching for the same things?
If you are ready to rock some new skills and ideas about how to live in today’s world, join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 am to 10:15 am at the Geneva Community Center for an unforgettable experience. Classes begin on December 3 and run for ten weeks (skipping the weeks of Christmas and New Year holidays). $5/class or $80 when you pre-register for the full 10 weeks.
