CUVEE pairs respected Cornell faculty members with leading wine professionals to help you increase your wine appreciation and knowledge.
Together, with area wineries as your classroom, you’ll:
*learn about the key agricultural components of growing grapes
*study the scientific principles behind viticulture and enology
*gain hands-on practice working vines and making wine
*analyze the business aspects of investing in a winery
*enjoy field trips to vibrant Finger Lakes vineyards
