Billsboro Winery Plein Air Festival
The Plein Air Festival at Billsboro Winery is a juried art competition open to a maximum of 25 artists. When all the painting is done - Billsboro Winery will hold a gala celebration that includes a ticketed Artists’ Gallery Reception and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, August 11. The Celebration also includes a silent auction where all of the paintings will be offered for sale. This is a chance for Plein Air enthusiasts and art lovers to procure fabulous Finger Lakes artworks at affordable prices!
- Friday, August 10, 7:00am - 7:00pm: observe Plein Air Painting at locations throughout the Finger Lakes

- 7:00am - 11:00am: Plein Air Painting continues
- 12:30pm - 2:30pm: Paint Off Competition at Rose Hill Mansion
- 6:00pm - 8:30pm: Juried Competition & Gallery Reception with Silent Auction
- Sunday, August 12, 11:00am - 5:00pm: Public Exhibition and Art Sale
Ticket price to the Saturday Gala includes entry to the event, elegant hors d'oeuvres by Simply Red Catering and live jazz. Billsboro wines will be available to purchase. It is a truly unique experience for art lovers and collectors alike. Proceeds from the Festival will go to support The Smith Center for the Arts which is the organization that owns and operates the Smith Opera House, manages a regional arts events calendar, and coordinates numerous arts advocacy projects.
