The Antiques Club of the Finger Lakes will host a program called Recipe books offer a taste of local history on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Geneva History Museum, 543 South Main Street, Geneva. The speaker will be Karen Osburn, Geneva Historical Society Archivist and Geneva City Historian. This talk is about cookbooks can teach us about local history and what we can learn about a family's tastes through recipes and anecdotes. The public is welcome and admission is free. Following the program, refreshments will include some of the foods mentioned in the program.
