The Antiques Club of the Finger Lakes will host a program on Oliver Curtis Perry and the Great Train Robbery on Thursday, May 28 at 7:00 at the Geneva History Museum, 543 S. Main Street. This will be an interesting and highly entertaining program presented by Larry Ann Evans, Executive Director of the Museum of Wayne County History. The Museum is housed in the 1856 Wayne County Jail and Sheriffs? residence where her great-grandfather Jerry Collins worked and sometimes lived for 50 years. Evans will tell the story of train robber Oliver Curtis Perry and his captor, Jerry Collins. The Antiques Club of the Finger Lakes includes residents of the Finger Lakes with a common interest in antiques, collecting and local history. Programming includes lectures, demonstrations and occasional visits to local history sites.
