Waterloo Harbor Campgrounds 2nd Annual Chili Cook-off! It is going to be open to the public and the only entry fee will be to camp with us on Saturday night ($20.00 if you do not want to camp) It starts at 1PM and EVERYONE is the judge! Put your token in the cup for the Chili that you think is the best tasting as well as the HOTTEST!!!
