DESCRIPTION:Wine\, Paws & Claws: A benefit for the Beverly Animal Shelter Saturday August 13th 4-8pm\n\n	Enjoy the classic rock sounds of the Ron Spencer Band\, along with Swedish Hill's award-winning wines and food from Dewey's 3rd Ward in Seneca Falls. The Beverly Animal Shelter will bring some adoptable cats and dogs\, and a portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to the facility. A gift basket with wine-related and pet-themed goodies will be raffled off to raise funds for the shelter.   For 48 years the BAS has operated entirely on generous donations from the public. Originally founded in 1958 by Gladys Schultz\, the Beverly Animal Shelter\, located in Waterloo\, New York\, is a no-kill facility that takes in nearly 1000 cats and dogs each year.
