\n The Geneva area has embraced and cherishes local\, independent restaurants. These restaurants provide a showcase for our regional identity. \; Restaurant Weeks have taken off across the country and the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a \;We Love Local Restaurant Week \;running from Sunday\, September 15th &ndash\; Thursday\, September 19th. \; We have chosen this week\, as it leads up to the Finger Lakes Cork &\; Fork Event and also Homecoming and Family Weekend at Hobart &\; William Smith Colleges.
\n We Love Local Restaurant Week \;is designed to kick off the Chamber&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;We Love Local&rdquo\; campaign\, a joint effort of the Chamber&rsquo\;s Agriculture and Tourism Councils. \; The Chamber has numerous members that support local farms and wineries or are the producer and we want to help spread the word. \; \; Keep your eye out for &ldquo\;We Love Local&rdquo\; stickers on local business windows which will indicate that they use local products!
\n We Love Local Restaurant Week \;is all about celebrating the local independently owned restaurants in the Geneva area and promoting our unique cultural scene. \; What better way to celebrate our food culture than by going out with your friends\, grabbing a bite to eat\, and enjoying all that our community has to offer. Not only does \;We Love Local Restaurant Weekgive consumers the opportunity to be adventurous and try new restaurants by offering Dining Features at $25 for dinner and $10 for breakfast\, but it also encourages them to support local independently owned restaurants.
