DESCRIPTION:Please join is for our Trail Blazing Event!Saturday\, June 6th at 8:30am - noon (or later) on Oak Island\, Waterloo and along the Cay-Sen Trail!After nearly 20 years of meeting\, negotiating and planning we are finally ready to begin construction of Phase1 of the Cayuga- Seneca Canalway Trail\, part of the Erie Canalway Trail SystemPlease join us to cut the ribbon and stay on to help clear the trail between Geneva and Waterloo. There's work for everyone! Tools will be available or bring your own. Safety glasses adn gloves recommended. At abou noon\, we will break for a picnic buffet lunch\, courtesy of Seneca County Chamber of Commerce.If you can't join us on June 6th\, please join our Friends group and sign up to work during the summer as we continue to construct our trail.To Join the Friends of the Cay-Sen Trail\, go to www.cay-sentrail.org.
