DESCRIPTION:Join us as Winemaker Peter Bell & Chef Brud Holland guide you through the building blocks of food and wine pairings. Each of the 3 courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairing. Learning the foundation will give you the tools to make your own pairings with confidence at home.\n\n\n\nWe will be hosting one Tasting Blocks Dinner in 2016 on Friday\, September 30 at 6:30 pm. More information can be found HERE.\n\n\n\nReservations must be made by the Tuesday before the desired Friday event online HERE or by calling 315-536-4616. We do require a minimum of 10 seats reserved in order to host the dinner. There is a maximum of 30 seats available.\n\nThe cost is $60 per person (+tax).\n\n\n\nCancellations required 24 hours in advance\; cancellations within 24 hours of event will be charged a 50% deposit\, and no call/ no show reservations will be charged the full amount.
