DESCRIPTION:Paint the Town Purple! \n\nOn May 4 - May 11\, 2013\, help the Relay for Live of Geneva "Paint the Town Purple" in support of the fight against cancer! Join us as we transform the community purple to honor and remember those who have been affected by cancer. \n\n\n\nLocal businesses are asked to get involved by decorating in purple their storefront\, entrance\, or building to support the cause and help to raise cancer awareness!\n\n\n\nGet Recognized! We want to make sure your business receives recognition for participating in Paint the Town Purple\, so we will be sending out our volunteers to take photos of your window display! Then\, our committee will vote for which participating business had the best display! The business with the most votes will be given a free custom track sign ($250 sponsorship value) that hundreds of relayers will see as they walk around the track. \n\n\n\nRequest your Paint the Town Purple Kit now through May 3rd by contacting Brandon Swain at brandon.swain@cancer.org. Your kit will contain Relay For Life posters\, brochures\, balloons and a bucket. \n\n\n\nWhat is Relay for Life? \n\nRelay for Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people every year to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer\, remember loved ones lost\, and empower individuals and communities to fight back against a disease that takes too much from too many.
