Zotos is seeking City Planning Board approval and has been working with area residents and the Geneva Housing Authority to address concerns about noise and visual impact.   \n\n\n\nThe League of Women Voters\, a nonpartisan political organization\, encourages informed and active participation in government\, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues\, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
