DESCRIPTION:Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars is toasting 20 years of sustainable winegrowing and award winning winemaking! From 12pm - 5pm on July 31\, 2010\, Lamoreaux will host a picnic on the lawn. The afternoon will feature the musical stylings of the Steve Brown Quartet from Ithaca. Steve will be accompanied by Walter White on trumpet\, Dino Losito on organ\, and Tom Killian on drums. His impressive resume includes recordings with Chuck Mangione\, Chuck Israel's National Jazz Ensemble\, among others. Glenwood Farms\, a multi-generational family farm in Ithaca producing pasture raised bison/buffalo\, will fire up the grill\, serving a delicious barbeque lunch with all of the fixings from noon until 2pm. Enjoy lunch with your favorite Lamoreaux wines\, vineyard and cellar tours\, artist in residence Linda Roscetti en plein air\, and featured wine specials. Tickets available at the winery or by phone\, 607-582-6011. Advance tickets purchased by July 4th will be entered into a drawing for a pair of tickets to our Winemaker's Dinner!
