DESCRIPTION:Double-Header for 2009 :A fuel economy competition for all classes of vehicles circulating the perimeter of Seneca lake and the only SCCA road rally in the United States for alternate fuel vehicles and hybrids. Both events start from Watkins Glen in the morning. The fuel economy run vehicles will stop at the Geneva Chamber of Commerce for a short break.  An afternoon Green Expo will follow.
