DESCRIPTION:The Geneva Theatre Guild serves up it's first show of the 30th Anniversary Season: They're Playing Our Song\, a charming musical love story by Neil Simon as dinner theatre at the lovely Ventosa Vineyards.They're Playing Our Song with lyrics by Carole Bayer Sager and music by Marvin Hamlisch is based on the real-life relationship of Hamlisch and Sager: a wisecracking composer who finds a new\, offbeat lyricist\, but initially the match is not one made in heaven. The two undergo a series of trials and overcome a number of hurdles before finding true love by the final curtain. Ventosa Vineyards\, located on the Northeast shore of Seneca Lake and one of the newest wineries in the Finger Lakes was chosen to give a picturesque setting to this romantic comedy.
