DESCRIPTION:The Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Ontario County\, an initiative of the Partnership for Ontario County\, is providing a community cafe in Geneva.  We have collaborated with the Geneva Head Start Program to provide this event.  We will be discussing the history of the heroin epidemic in our community and allowing the community to discuss ways to create community wide change.\n\n\n\nChildcare will be provided by the staff of Head Start.
