SUMMARY:Food & Wine Pairing Tasting at MadderLake Cafe
DESCRIPTION:The last in our series of tastings\, this one will focus on wine and food.  Our chef\, Scott Snyder\, will prepare two entrees (you will be notified beforehand what they will be) and each participant will bring with them the wine that they feel will pair the best with one of the dishes.  It will be very educational to see which wines actually do go best with which dish and why! \n\nThe tastings will begin promptly at 4:30.  Each session will feature at least one guest winemaker or wine professional from the area.  The wines will be tasted blind and rated by the group with discussion to follow.  It's a great way to exercise your palate and to be introduced to wines that you might never taste otherwise.  Everyone is invited to attend from beginning wine lovers to professionals - there will be something for everyone.  \n\nEach guest will bring one bottle of wine of their choice that follows the parameters of the tasting (not to exceed $20.00 in cost).  MadderLake will include a few of their favorite wines\, set up the tasting and provide appetizers throughout the evening.  The tasting is limited to 10 guests and the cost is $15.00/each plus the bottle of wine.
