SUMMARY:FLFCU Presents an Artist Exhibition by Kevin Colton
DESCRIPTION:The Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union presents an artist exhibition by local artist\, Kevin Colton.  His work is on display at the FLFCU Main Office (Geneva Branch) lobby and Loan Department.  An opening reception with the artist will be held Friday\, August 1st\, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Credit Union's Main Office.  Light refreshments\, including a wine tasting by Fulkerson Winery\, will be provided.  \n\nKevin Colton\, chief photographer at Hobart and William Smith Colleges\, has been a professional photographer for the past 36 years. He has followed the changes in technology from black and white to color\, film to the digital era.\n\nHis work has earned a wide-range of honors and awards\, among them being selected as a 2014 Featured Artist at the Davis Gallery at Houghton House\, Hobart and William Smith Colleges\; as a 2014 Finalist in the International Canyons contest sponsored by Viewbug\; second and third place in the 2013 Seneca County Arts Guild Photography Show and second place in the 2012 show\; 2012 Case Gold Medal winner in single photo category\; and 2011 Case Silver Medal as Photographer of the year.\n\nColton\, who has taught amateur and student photographers for the past 30 years\, recently authored and illustrated an instructional guide for the Journal of the University Photographers' Association of America.\n\nAll the prints you see on display and many others are on Kevin's website\, www.kevincoltonphotography.com.  Photos can be ordered in various sizes as prints or canvas\, matted or unmated ready to frame.
