Tour the cheese making facility and barns. Meet the NYS Dairy Princesses\, watch the yarn spinning demos and pet the Alpacas from Four Season Alpacas\, take a cheese making class\, and learn about cheese making from one of the region's top cheese makers. Bring a cooler and stock up on all your favorite cheeses and other local foods like Mom's Mustard. \n\n \n\n \n\n \n BBQ from Triple R BBq\, juice from Red Jacket Orchards\, water\, \n\n and homemade foods will also be available for purchase -\n\n including Dar's Delights with their luscious homemade ice cream! \n \n \n\n Come for the cheese.
