DESCRIPTION:Most recently the 42nd Infantry Division (M) Band was mobilized and deployed for a tour in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III in 2005. While deployed soldiers provided music and entertainments for troops\, musical support for soldier memorials\, assisted the chaplain corp. with music\, conducted Iraqi Military and Police graduations\, supported security operations.
