DESCRIPTION:9th Annual Caregivers Conference: The 9th annual Caring for the Caregivers Conference will be held on October 4\, 2007 at the Ramada Inn Lakefront\, Geneva\, NY. - 8:30 to 3:00 pm This year's focus will be on care-giver education. We will explore topics such as learning proper ergonomic hands-on care techniques\, talking with your doctor and end of life decisions. We will also feature motivational humorist Yvonne Conte. She is known for being a gifted storyteller with a comic edge and a powerful message about life. The program is designed to give you a break from routine and a time to seek answers to questions you may have about providing support and care. The conference\, which includes lunch\, is $5.00 and is for anyone in the community. Seating is limited and advance registration is required by September 27\, 2006. Financial Assistance is available.
