DESCRIPTION:Firemen's 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off At Knapp Winery.\n\n\n\nThere will be plenty of firefighters on hand to put out this type of fire this Saturday at Knapp Winery's Firemen's Chili Cook-Off.   Chili stews of several varieties and styles will be served along side Knapp Wines.  A popular vote will be conducted for the fire company with the tastiest chili.  All proceeds of the event are divided among the fire companies that participate. Fee for this event is $5.00 and includes sampling of at least 5 stews plus a wine tasting of wines especially chosen by each fire company.  Wine by the glass and beer will be sold separately.   The 2011 Chili from the Fayette Fire Department will be on hand to defend their title.  Tickets may be bought online at knappwine.com\, (events) or at the door.
